Mr. Moffett has over thirty years of drafting and design experience ranging from interior facility, naval systems design to civil engineering design.

 

EXPERIENCE:

• Prepared site plan, subdivision plan and construction plan drawings using AUTOCAD.

• Prepared construction cost estimates and assisted PE with stormwater management drainage calculations and correspondence and application forms related to site development.

• Performed grading design related to site development.

• Performed CAD drafting while gaining familiarity with Bentley Microstation releases J and V-8.

• Prepared drawings grading, lighting and landscape design for site development

• Performed drainage calculations for storm-water management.

• Performed soil permeability tests.

• Prepared construction cost bond estimates.

• Assists PE in septic system design and various other aspects of site engineering.
