Lawnside Meadows is a historic elementary school that was beautifully restored to preserve the buildings original character while providing amenities for today’s lifestyle. The building features 16 one bedroom, energy efficient apartments; in addition, 24 one bedroom apartments are being built adjacent to the historic building. Lawnside was designed for individuals 62+. Residents will appreciate the convenient location and amenities featuring affordable rents.

 

Lawnside School was entered into the New Jersey Register of Historic Places on January 23, 2015. The New Jersey Register is the official list of New Jersey properties worthy of preservation.
